I come to this role with 24 years of experience in education, having served in various capacities from early childhood through middle school. For the past eight years, I had the privilege of serving as an administrator at our Leading Edge Academy Maricopa campus. My academic background includes degrees in Family Resources & Human Development and Educational Leadership, and I am currently pursuing a doctorate in K–12 Organizational Leadership.
I believe wholeheartedly in the power of collaboration, the importance of maintaining high expectations, and the value of joyful, engaging learning environments. My leadership philosophy centers on building authentic relationships, creating inclusive and personalized experiences, and ensuring that every student is seen, valued, and supported in reaching their full potential.
As we embark on this new journey together, I look forward to getting to know each of you and partnering closely with families, staff, and students. I welcome your input, ideas, and collaboration as we continue to build upon the strong foundation already established at Leading Edge Academy Mountain View.

Character is our number one priority as we are supporting the growth and development of future adults and problem solvers, not just test takers. We will create opportunities to support our character development within our curriculum and through our amazing teachers and staff.
I look forward to celebrating our academic successes as well, as we prepare our students for college and future careers with our new-up to date-curriculum pieces, teacher training, and additional instructional support. Every child deserves to learn, so it will be an effort by all staff on campus to minimize distractions so that each student can reach his or her learning potential.
