$50 Promotion Terms and Condition

1. To participate in this promotion, you must be the parent of a currently enrolled student, a currently enrolled student, or an employee of Leading Edge Academy.

2. Once the student is accepted for enrollment, you will receive a letter that informs you that you are eligible for the $50 cash prize or $50 Walmart gift card. You will be given instructions regarding how to receive the cash prize or the gift card.

3. To receive the cash prize or gift card, the student you refer must complete all required paperwork, complete the interview with Registrar and Principal, and be accepted for enrollment.

4. To receive the cash prize or gift card, the student you refer must fill out a Referral Form at the time of their enrollment. This form allows the parent of the enrolling student to write down your name.

5. Program is effective May 21, 2010 – Sept. 1, 2010.

6. To be eligible as a new student, the new student cannot have attended any Leading Edge Academy campus within the last school year.

7. Leading Edge Academy reserves the right to discontinue and/or modify the terms of this program without notice.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: When do I get my 50 bucks or gift card?
A: Once the new student has come into the campus office and has been accepted, you will receive a letter announcing how to receive your $50 cash or gift card.

Q: What if the new student forgets to refer me?
A: If the new student or parents of the new student does not fill out the Referral Form at the time of the student’s enrollment, you will not get to participate in this $50 promotion. In order for us to verify everything properly, the Referral Form needs to be filled out at the time of the new student’s enrollment meeting with the Registrar and Principal.

Q: What if three students from a family enroll? Will I just get $50 or will I get $150 cash or $150 in gift cards?
A: You will receive $50 in cash or gift card per each student who enrolls, so in this case you would receive $150 in cash or $150 in gift cards.

Q: We are brand new to Leading Edge and have just enrolled our children. They have completed the enrollment process and have been accepted as students. Can I now participate in this $50 promotion?
A: Yes! To participate in this program, you can be the parent of a currently enrolled student. Thus, if you refer a friend who completes the Application and Enrollment process, you will be eligible to receive the $50 per student promotion.

Q: My student attends the Queen Creek campus. Can I receive the cash prize if I refer a student who enrolls at another Leading Edge Academy campus?
A: Yes!

Q: I referred a family two weeks before this promotion started. Both of their kids were accepted. Can I still receive $100?
A: We’re sorry. This promotion is only valid between May 21, 2010 – Sept. 1, 2010. The Referral Form needs to be filled out within this timeframe.
